This bundle consists of 1 large jar (212g) and 3 jars of 40g.
Let's go Persian: don't keep all the goodness to yourself, share the wonder! Surprise someone with a mini jar or treat yourself to a full-sized one. With three 40g minis and one 212g jar, tasting, sharing and gifting has never been easier.
Born in the fragrant gardens of Persia and brought to life in a Dutch kitchen: Wortel Wonder is a loving encounter between sweet carrot, aromatic rose water and precious saffron.
In Iran, carrot jam, known as morabba-ye havij, has been a beloved classic for generations. We deliberately use less sugar than in the traditional recipe, allowing the rose water and saffron to truly shine and giving the spread a lighter, more refined flavour.
This artisanal sweet spread has a soft floral taste, with warm notes of saffron and a fresh sweetness from carrot. A unique combination that perfectly suits both sweet and savory dishes.
Delicious on fresh bread or croissants, but also surprisingly tasty on a cheese board, in a dressing, with yogurt or as a topping on desserts and pastries.
Wortel Wonder is artisanally prepared in small batches in a professional kitchen in Amsterdam, with pure ingredients and great attention to taste and quality.
