We currently only deliver within the Netherlands.

The shipping costs for home delivery are €6.50 for an order within the Netherlands.

If you have an account with us, you can view the status of your order under the tracking information of your orders.

If you do not have an account, please refer to your order confirmation email for the tracking information.

The courier will deliver your parcel to your neighbors. If that is not possible, your parcel will be delivered the next day to a nearby DHL ServicePoint. You will receive an email. You can see where your parcel is being delivered using the track and trace.

You can also choose to have your parcel redelivered to your home or to your neighbors. You will then have a choice of different dates and time slots during the day and in the evening. It is also possible to choose a different DHL point. You can make your choice until 11:59 p.m. You can change the delivery day or delivery time 3 times per parcel, after that it is no longer possible.

We are sorry to hear that you have not yet received your package. Please send a message with your order number to hallo@versvandepersfood.nl so that we can look into this for you.

Sometimes the delivery service indicates that the package has been delivered when it actually hasn't. The package is usually delivered the next day, so it is best to wait a little longer. It may also have been delivered to your neighbors or to the nearest pickup point.

You can place an order without creating an account, but with a customer account you can track the status of your order and view your order history.

If your order is incomplete, please include your order number and details of what is missing in your message. We will arrange for the missing item to be sent to you, or provide another suitable solution.

If the order has not yet been packed, we can still change the address. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form on the page or by sending a message directly to hallo@versvandepersfood.nl.

You can return your order within 14 days, provided the products are unopened. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Is there something wrong with your order or do you have a complaint? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via hallo@versvandepersfood.nl. Preferably add a brief explanation and a photo so that we can properly assess the situation. We are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

Sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order. If you ordered today and have not yet received a shipping confirmation, we can still cancel your order. Send us a message with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
